The new products are: seat for Pathfunder (Japan); seat, OHS, door panel system and electronic system for Mercedes-Benz Grand Sport Tourer(North American) ,as well as the seat and door system for Mercedes-Benz B level and CLS Coupe(Europe). In Asia, Johnson Controls has new seats for Japanese cars（Note and Lafesta）,CBA Grace and WV B5. The investors are Johnson Controls (American), Shanghai YanFeng Johnson Controls Co., Ltd and Chongqing Yan Feng Co., Ltd; the total amount of investment is 15000000 USD; the registered capital is 7500000 USD; approximately 750 employees. The business scope: design, product and sale of car seat, sun visor, OHS and other relative parts, and also offer after-sale technical assistant and services. The major customers include Chongqing Chang’an Ford Co., Ltd; Chongqing Chang’an Suzuki Co., Ltd and Chongqing Chang’an Co., Ltd.
